On behalf of the Organizing Committee of 2010 IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS2010, http://www.iros2010.org.tw), we would like to invite companies, publishers and researchers to participate in the conference exhibition to be held on October 18-22, 2010 in Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC)-Taipei International Conference Center (TICC), Taipei,Taiwan during 2010 Taiwan International Robot Week. In conjunction with IROS2010 Conference, there are 2010 Taipei International Robot Show and several International Robotics Competitions will be taken place at the same venue. Deadline for submission of materials:
· For services A2 and A3, the companies must provide logos (PDF file) before Sept. 15, 2010 to be included in the conference digest/program book. We will NOT accept any new or unpaid commitments after Sept. 15, 2010.
· For services A4 and A5, the company prepares 1500 (tentative) one-page flyers and ships them to the conference site before Oct. 10, 2010. If more than 1500 prints are needed, we will provide an update when the exact registration number is available. If the company would like the IROS2010 to offer printing services, a one-page flyer in PDF format must be provided no later than Sept. 15, 2010.
· For sponsorship G, S and B, the companies must provide logos (PDF file) before August 15, 2010 to be included in the conference digest/program book.
Payment Information:
If payment in USD, the fees charged for bank wire transfer are not included to the amount of exhibition fees. Therefore, additional $30 USD will be required to cover the fees charged by the bank which incurred for the wire transfer transactions. The account information is as follows:
