IROS 2010 has reserved a number of hotel rooms at favorable rates in the following hotels for participants. All of the hotel rooms of different room types below areLIMITEDand are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. If you like a specific hotel or room type, please book your room with that hotel as early as possible.

Hotel Room Reservations
In order to secure your reservation, please reserve the Hotels prior than the deadlines. Hotels may require your credit card information on the reservation form. Confirmed reservations will be held until 12 noon on the following day of the confirmed arrival date.
Final Payment
All guest room charges will be billed by the hotel directly to the guests, which shall be settled upon check-out through cash or credit card in New Taiwan Dollars.
Terms and Conditions of Hotel Bookings
All participants will be contracting directly with the Hotels for their room reservations and deposit. All deposits, cancellation and amendment fees are payable to the Hotels.

Cancellation / No Show
Due to the favorable hotel rates that have been secured, in the event of a cancellation of a confirmed reservation within the certain time frame set by hotels or failure to check-in, a one-night room rental would be charged for the events of cancellation or no show:
No Show is deemed to be a cancellation.
All cancellations must be submitted to the Hotel directly in writing. An acknowledgement by e-mail, fax or post confirming that the cancellation has been received would be send out by the Hotel.
